Worked with the founding team of e-football- to develop a real time engagement and media monetizing platform for football fans across the globe with the CTO.
Defined, developed and executed their GTM strategy, including the product-market fit, platform design, publisher partnerships and distribution, membership pricing, positioning + messaging, collaterals.
Worked on the product growth mechanics and marketing initiatives- launching the product in 150 countries with an incentivised user acquisition model. Developed the product plan for multiple investor pitches that led them to raise $10 Million in the seed round with an active user base of 750k and a latent base of 1.4million.
